Admission fee, special fee and the first instalment of tuition fee shall be paid at the time of admission.
Monthly tuition fee is to be paid for 12 months in four equal instalment. The students shall pay the first instalment for the months of June, July, August and the special fee on the first three working days of June. The second, third and fourth instalments shall be paid on the first three working days of September, December and March respectively.
If the instalment is not paid, the student’s name shall be
removed from the rolls. Re-admission at the discretion of the Manager will be on payment of a fine of Rs. 50/-.
If a fee date falls on a holiday the fees will be collected on the next working day.
Time for fee collection : 08.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
A student whose name is on the rolls can pay the fees for the whole year at one instance.
A student who leaves the school without paying the fees will not be given any certificate from the school until the arrears are paid.
Whenever the fee is paid, a formal receipt, signed by the
authorised person shall be obtained.
The fee once paid, will not be refunded on any account.
